Overview
As parents how do we hold onto hope for our children when they have decided to engage severe and painful choices? How do we cope with our child’s poor and sometimes dangerous decisions and behaviors? What do we do when they just will not listen?
When your child has “come of age” and “gone out of control” how do you help them? What should you do? What shouldn’t you do? Knowing the best approach to take with your child when they aren’t listening can be so confusing.
As parent’s we grieve over our child’s choices. Within a matter of moments our heart’s can go from grief to anger to despair as our child rejects our counsel and chooses a path we know is full of harm and pain.
This group exists to comfort, guide and support you during these difficult parenting seasons. Hear from other parents who have traveled the road before you. Receive practical and loving guidance from those who lead and attend the group. Be empowered to set healthy boundaries for yourself, for your family, and for your child. Discover how to respond as opposed to reacting to the circumstances you find yourself dealing with.
